These terms of service govern the access and use of the Kutlery platform, available at kutlery.app.
2. Acceptance
Using the platform implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
3. Service description
Kutlery is a SaaS restaurant reservation management platform, including anti no-show protection via bank card imprint, digital menu management and payment processing via Stripe Connect.
4. User accounts
Access to platform features requires creating an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities performed under your account.
5. Pricing and payment
Current prices are displayed on the pricing page. Kutlery reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with 30 days notice for existing subscribers.
6. Data protection
Personal data processing is detailed in our privacy policy.

Kutlery is committed to providing a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Kutlery shall not be held liable for any indirect damages related to the use of the service.
8. Termination
You may terminate your subscription at any time. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Kutlery reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
